-The quiet before the storm-

I should of been looking at this time as the quiet before the storm.

We had our home on the market for just under 1 week when we received an offer, we counter offered waited a day and got an acceptable offer on Sunday. Normally we wouldn't discuss business on the Sunday its the Lords day, but given or situation we had till Monday at 5:00 to get everything discussed then signed both here and there then in.

We truly feel the Lords hand in our lives right now. We have been blessed so much. Which really helps. I have always been near my family. I love them dearly. They are what makes leaving the area so difficult. But the Lord has been patient with us, giving us 5 months to prepare to leave and now it is time.

Tonight the boys and I were reading our scriptures and I read 1Nephi 15:11 It reads....Do ye not remember the things which the Lord hath said? -If ye will not harden your hearts, and ask me in faith, believing that ye shall receive, with diligence in keeping my commandments, surely these things shall be made known unto you.
This spoke to me, it gives me hope. We had been praying and fasting that this would all take place quickly, the people that are buying our home want to be in, in 3 weeks. That's really quick.
We put an offer in on a home in Twin Falls we should hear from them tomorrow, whether we get it or not. I guess there were a few offers put in with ours. I have to put that scripture to work again in my life. I do know that if it is where we are suppose to be the Lord will provide a way, and if not then we will find something different somewhere else.

Oh and Mandy....My luck with the bed wetting phase didn't last. I think it was a bad thing now. He didn't wet the bed the day we actually got the offer. WHAT WAS I THINKING???

YEAH HOLLY and boys!!! I am excited for you guys. It will be bittersweet, but it will be good to be with your hubby. We need to chat. I have been so busy and would love to talk to you but have company coming today until Monday. And it sounds like you may be a little busy too with packing and everything, so email me when is good for you to chat. It will be hard to sell that cute little house of yours. Our first house (that was so much like yours)-I bawled and bawled. But at the same time knew it was time to move forward. Take pics of everything Aaron and you did to it. You will love looking back at them.

Wow! That is so exciting that you sold already! I know so many people that have had their house on the market for a long time and can't seem to sell. What a blessing. You are sure going to be busy! I am sad you guys will be gone before we come back in the spring. But I'm very excited for you!!! Thank goodness for blogs and that we will get to stay in touch. The bed wetting thing totally cracks me up. Well, maybe it's good that this isn't your good luck charm anymore. Really, how long could that go on? :) :)
