Just a little note. Today is my dads 60th Birthday!! Happy Birthday Dad!! We love you
The Lippys

The Ocean!!

We had the opportunity to go to the Washington coast with our neighbors. We had so much FUN!!
Our boys all skimmed for real in the Ocean, the back yard one in very similar. The boys caught on very quick. I found a large skim board at Goodwill for 7 dollars. We went there and they were 75 dollars. Huge difference just being where you can't hardly use it. Clayton surfed!! He loved it Cody eat, slept and dreamed of nothing but surfing until the neighbor boy told him to watch for sharks. That's all it took he got out there waist high and wouldn't let go of his dad. He dang near ran off the surf board to get back to the shore (Safety)
Aaron on the other hand helped the boys for a bit then took off out in the deep uncharted waters to try his luck with surfing. He did good, he stuck to it until he was able to stand and ride a wave. He says its a lot harder then it looks. I also noticed there are not any chubby surfers. (Not that he is chubby) but it takes so much upper body to get out to where the waves don't take you out. It's a hard work out so he says. I wouldn't know I spent most of my time running the boys. No I was FREEZING Cold. I couldn't get warm. It was maybe 45-50 degrees kids have no thermometers and the surfers had wet or dry suites on whatever they are so they were as snug as a bug in a rug. I never took my jacket off the hole time we were there. Dog on cold blood, it's hard to warm.
The sea creatures that we saw were amazing. We saw Crab of course tons of people crabbing off the dock. From there baskets we saw squid, star fishes and touched them, shells, dolphins, and more that's just a few off the top of my head.
It was so nice to get away from what was going on here. Aaron got refused from both of the schools here in town that he was going for. We were down and tired of fighting for something that clearly we weren't suppose to have. Aaron filled out the information for a job in Twin Falls, Idaho Tuesday night. Then took 1\2 day off Wednesday to fill out more apps. that's when Dr. Smith the Principle from Twin Falls called and did an impromptu interview. Then again this morning with the V.P and someone from the District office by 11:30 this morning we were offered the job there to be an English (Language Arts) Teacher. He is signing the contracts now as I am blogging. It is very hard to leave our comfort bubble that we've made here, we've got family and friends that mean the world to us. Our church callings were great we love the youth and primary kids we work with. Our Bubble is comfortable it's idea for raising a family. Now were going to have to move on pack our bubble up and see who we can add to it. We will be off to Twin Falls, Idaho in 2 weeks.
We are turning a new chapter in the big book of life with the Lippy's....This is the scary chapter so proceed with caution.
