Casen & Sam, Best of Friends! Sam learned how to ride his bike last summer and told his mom "I'm going to see Casen. Don't wait up!" Mind you they are North Idaho and we are in Southeren Idaho.

Thats is 4 out of the 5 girls. For some reason I always had to be the hood orniment/driver/breaks. What a BLAST it was! That poor sled should of only held 2 adults, but we squeezed 4.  :)  

This is how we looked when we finally hit the bottom and missed the trees and butt breaking jump at the bottom! I still got it, I can take those younger girls OUT!!

Dad had a new ankle put in YUCK~YUCK~YUCK~ He has been laid up since the beginning of December. This is how it looked at Christmas. Hard to believe that he is walking with nothing already, he is even going into work on Saturdays. Slowly but surly the turlte wins the race!

We brought Uncle Robert home with us!! It snowed one night he plowed the driveway then moved to making jumps in the yard to take the boys over. This is Cody and Casen jumping in the back yard!

January is FINALLY over.

January seemed to last for forever. Even the boys were complaining about January, it was becoming a bad word.
A lot happened during J****y. We stayed very busy.

 Cody was our first and main advent!! He turned 8 December 30th. He got baptized on January 8th. It was harder then I thought to attend. The chapel was full of families and friends. For Cody it was our little family and Robert. His primary teacher and a few families from the ward. My heart was full, the Spirit was very strong. The music was beautiful and the talks shared were very heartfelt. It was so nice. Cody is such a sweet little boy. You see him and he just melts your heart.
Cody got baptized with 8 other kids in our stake, 1 other little boy from our ward. Cody and Aaron were the second set of fathers and sons to get changed. With so many getting baptized they all kept there clothes in piles (father and son piles). Cody got baptized, got changed, then it was Stevens turn everything went great. It took Steven and his dad forever to come in and we were all waiting for them. Steven's dad finally came in.....someone took Steven's white shirt. They ran home and grabbed another and came back. Cody was wearing a sweater so I didn't notice until we got home and changed but Cody had taken Stevens shirt. Aaron said he grabbed the clothes in there pile and did there thing. But Cody was wearing Casens size 7 shirt and Steven was wearing a size 10 wooops. That will be remembered for a long time.For his birthday he got 18 dollars from his grandparents. Cody took that money and gave each of his brothers $5., paid his tithing and bought himself a little basketball hoop that hangs over the door. He loves it! There is never a dull moment that we don't hear little bodies bouncing off the walls. I ask them to settle down but they refuse to. I has to be full contact, hard to tell whether it is football or basketball.

January was the start of the boys playing basketball. We went from our open schedule to a full one. Clayton practices twice a week, Cody once a week and Casen thank goodness said he didn't want to play. Then our Saturdays are full of games and practices for Softball. That is the calm before the storm. Softball starts everyday and weekend in 2 weeks and I am being informed daily of football camps for the up coming year. The boys are such super stars!! I can't believe how good they are!! Last week Clayton's team played they Won!!The team scored 26 and he scored 16 of the 26.  8) Cody wow where do I begin, he was asked to join an AAU team for 3rd graders.
And I almost forgot..... Aaron and I celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary!

OUT with the OLD and IN with the NEW!!

As we say goodbye to 2010 I think back on the adventures, happiness, sorrows and the events of the year. For the most part I would say it was a good year! Just to remember a few highlights.
In 2010 we.......
Closed on our new home!
Had an amazing summer in Coeur d' Alene with my family.
Then off to the Oregon Coast to have a blast with Aaron's family!
I walked my first 5k with Aaron on Thanksgiving.
Aaron suffered for almost 5 months with a knee injury. Until finally getting surgery. (still working on recovery)
I went from a stay at home mom, to a full time working mom.
Casen my youngest started school.
Clayton and Cody are baseball and basketball stars!! They would love to try football but I just can't bring myself to let them.
Casen can't wait to test the waters in soccer again.
Cody lost all his front teeth and we are still waiting for them to find there way back in!
Clayton is now 10 and in 4th grade.
Cody is now 8 and in the 2nd grade also going to be baptised this weekend.
Casen is 5 for 2 more months, then my baby is going to be 6 I can't believe it.
Aaron has been teaching and coaching (football, basketball and softball) for 3 1/2 years now. He probable has more fun then the kids do. He is now the 2nd Counselor in Young Mens and the Scout Master.
I after almost 10 years of being a stay a home mom am working now. I really enjoy it, I couldn't ask for a better job working in the school with Aaron on the same schedule as everyone else. We are so blessed. I am the Primary President and staying pretty busy.
All in all we had a great 2010!!
As we kick 2010 out we look forward to 2011 to see the new adventures it has to offer!!
